In rare cases, Hamachi will look like it is working (green lights) but it is not for some reason connecting properly. If you see this and you want your network to start automatically you should contact LogMeIn. To see if you have a paid version, you can look to the right side of the screen where it lists the number of active and allowable connections. However if you are not paying for Hamachi (only $30 per year), then Hamachi will not start automatically. Hamachi should start automatically when you start your computer. Check to see why these clients have not started. If you see other network connections with greyed out connections you might not see other location's information. If the Network is powered you can see the other clients (depending on the network type) and their current state ( green = on, grey = off, blue=relayed tunnel). If the Hamachi Client is network is powered on verify that the network is on (Green light), if it is not on (Grey) double click to turn on (See yellow box). You should exit out of Services and restart services.msc as an administrator. Note: If you don't see a Start option it may mean that you are not running as an Administrator. If those evil triangles are still there, right click the network tray icon and choose the second option (i don't have any idea how in English is named). Restart service as you have done in step 1. If yellow triangles are still appearing, rename Hamachi connection if it isn't called "Hamachi" (mine was named "Ethernet 2"). It should appear now in the adapters list. Go to Device Manager>Network Adapters and if you can't see the Hamachi adapter, you need to install it. ![]() You have the Hamachi network adapter in your adapters list. If yellow triangles are appearing next to your clients (as the problem I had) make sure that: Open the UI again and it should work as normal. If hamachi doesn't start (it opens the diagnostic tool) and it says service is not started, go to Services>LogMeIn Hamachi Tunneling Service>Start. ![]()
